Wedge Hills Lodge is a comfortable inn on a hill overlooking the magnificent George River in Nunavik, Quebec. Founded in 1960, this prestigious lodge enjoys a spectacular view of the river and beautiful sunsets, which you can admire from the comfort of your cabin, cozily protected from the north winds by its strategic position in a sheltered bay.

The lounge
The Lounge is the heart of our lodge, a place where guests can get together and enjoy the warmth of a crackling fire. Each day at 5:00 PM, we hold a little happy hour with hors-d’oeuvres for guests who want to relax and talk about the day’s experiences.
Evenings, after dinner, the lounge is the perfect place to relax on one of the couches with a good book or unwind in the heated cedar hot tub on the adjoining deck. Through its large windows, the room affords a 180-degree view of the George River and the spectacular Aurora Borealis, on clear nights.
The Dining Room
Enjoy breaking bread with friends and family gazing out over the river as our chef prepares delicious dishes to suit everyone’s palette, ranging from home-style Canadian dishes, to unique in-house creations.
The dinning room offers an intimate setting and rustic feel with woodwork harvested from the surrounding territory, and a unique wood stove from Norway as the centerpiece.
Personal service and attention to detail leave all guests with full bellies and looking forward to their next meal.

Featuring 1 double bed or 2 single beds in a cozy log-sided one-room cabin, night stand, dresser, direct vent propane heater with thermostat, private powder room with sink and toilet, a shared timber frame porch with chairs and view of the river. Two extra large rainfall shower facilities in a separate cabin only steps away.
